Please read carefully - by contracting with Neal Watson's Undesea Adventures you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth.
Reservation and Payment Policies
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Individuals:$100 deposit per person with reservation.
Groups: $500 deposit with reservation.
$100 per person to confirm number of people 60 days prior to arrival and balance due at least 45 days prior to arrival date.
- No reservation is confirmed until proper payment is received.
- You are subject to cancellation if your terms and conditions form is not signed and received before you travel.
- All monies are in U.S. Currency.
- Credit card slips must be signed and returned before travel.
- Money paid within 30 days of travel must be certified check or credit card payment.
- No space will be held until deposits have been received.
- Full payment of package plan is due 45 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment may be required 60 days prior to arrival for certain holiday periods and specially priced packages.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refund, less deposit as a cancellation fee, if reservations are cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. No refunds are given within 29 days of arrival. Unused portions of hotel and/or package plans are non-transferable and not refundable. Some airfares used in conjunction with standard rate and package plans are special tour or bulk air fares that are subject to some restrictions and may not be refundable.
BE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS THE RESTRICTIONS.
The purchase of trip cancellation and interruption protections, along with accident and baggage insurance is strongly recommended.
Terms and Conditions

Any deposit or payment to Undersea Adventures, Inc. shows acceptance and acknowledgement of the terms and conditions as stated here:
Neal Watson's Undersea Adventures, Inc. herein after referred to as UA, acts only as agent for owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodations, diving and other services. All tickets and/or vouchers are issued subject to terms and conditions under which transportation, accommodations, diving and other services are offered or provided and constitute the sole contract between the supplier and the tour member. UA shall not, at any time or in any way, be responsible for loss, injury or damage arising from an Act of God, act of government or defacto authority, war, civil unrest, any kind of hostilities, strikes thefts, sickness, quarantine, immigration or custom regulations, hijacking, breakdown, delay, cancellations, error, omissions or other cause beyond its control. Furthermore, UA reserves the right, without notice, to make changes or cancellations in part or whole as circumstances dictate. UA accepts no liability for the consequences of the personal activities of any passenger who is deemed personally responsible for the decision concerning conditions of health, safety or fitness for diving and other activity, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
Undersea Adventures and its air transportation services will not be responsible for, and will not issue refunds or credits for the following: early departure by customer's choice; dives cancelled as a result of inclement weather and/or Acts of God; damages or costs resulting from postponed flight times, including but not limited to missed transportation connections; nor for errors herein. Flight departure and arrival times cannot be guaranteed, as weather conditions may affect operating conditions. Maximum attention will be given to safety.
Furthermore, Undersea Adventures will not be responsible for loss or costs incurred as a result of passenger's failure to supply proper identification for entry or participation requirements. It is the passenger's responsibility to comply with all customs and immigration laws.
